As an inclusive tattoo studio and LGBTQ+ friendly tattoo shop, we know that every client has different needs. That’s why we take extra care when working with and supporting neurodivergent clients and people on the autism spectrum, creating a space where communication, patience, and respect always come first.

The Ripple Affect is a community committed to mentorship, education, and systemic change in the tattoo industry. This project is one of the first steps in identifying what’s missing from client education and what tattooers need to thrive in a more equitable work environment.
